What You’ll Be Doing
For Supervisors:
- Overseeing daily repair and recovery operations, ensuring smooth, efficient workflows.
- Leading and mentoring a diverse team of technicians, fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
- Monitoring quality standards and safety protocols — you’ll be the go-to for both process improvements and troubleshooting.
- Coordinating with logistics partners and internal stakeholders to meet tight project deadlines.

For Technicians:
