What You’ll Be Doing
As a Tourist Guide:
- Lead groups on immersive tours across Dubai and the UAE, turning each trip into a story worth telling
- Share your knowledge of local history, culture, and hidden gems
- Ensure guests feel safe, informed, and inspired from pick-up to drop-off
As a Ticketing & Reservation Agent:
- Handle flight, hotel, and tour bookings with care and precision
- Manage changes, cancellations, and special requests with a problem-solving mindset
- Keep guests updated and satisfied every step of the way
As a Travel Agent & Consultant:
- Design personalized travel packages based on client dreams and budgets
- Advise travelers on must-see destinations, visa requirements, and insider tips
- Nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A passion for travel and helping others discover new places
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Currently residing in the UAE
- Friendly, professional, and adaptable attitude
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in tourism, ticketing, or customer service
- Knowledge of Dubai’s top attractions and cultural etiquette
- Familiarity with booking systems or travel software
