About the Company
We’re not your run-of-the-mill construction outfit. Our team is as diverse as our projects, and collaboration is hardwired into how we work. From early-morning toolbox talks to Friday BBQs, we make space for voices at every level—especially those who speak up with solutions. Our operation is in a growth spurt, and the people who thrive here are those who roll up their sleeves and pitch in, no matter how seasoned they are. We believe that a well-run site starts with a dedicated, respected core team—just like the one you'll help lead.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing and coordinating day-to-day transport operations across multiple sites, keeping logistics smooth and efficient
- Supervising a diverse crew of drivers and equipment operators—providing clear instructions, troubleshooting issues, and motivating the team
- Working closely with project managers and site supervisors to schedule equipment deliveries, material drops, and pickups
- Managing excavation, backfilling, land leveling, and demolition works at pace, while keeping safety and quality in sharp focus
- Coordinating temporary road works, maintaining traffic flow, and ensuring compliance with site safety plans
- Organizing the daily allocation, inspection, and maintenance of heavy vehicles and construction equipment—nobody gets left with a surprise breakdown
- Liaising with equipment rental companies and subcontractors, balancing availability, cost, and project needs
- Keeping meticulous records (yes, paperwork is part of the package!) for equipment logs, materials, and compliance documentation
- Playing an active role in daily site briefings and the ongoing training and upskilling of your team
