About Us

Nestled on Beirut Street in Al Qusais, we’re a close-knit group fueled by wanderlust and the thrill of discovery. Our days are rarely the same: some mornings start with a coffee-fueled brainstorm on new travel packages, while afternoons might find us celebrating a customer’s successful visa approval. We value curiosity, initiative, and a shared love for helping others explore the world. Fridays? Let’s just say our after-work shawarma runs are a bit legendary.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your role, your days might look a little like this:

  • Travel & Visa Consultant:

    • Guide clients through the visa application maze, offering both reassurance and expertise.
    • Build custom travel itineraries that balance budget, adventure, and a touch of the unexpected.
    • Keep up-to-date with changing visa regulations and destination trends.
  • Travel Packages Consultant:

    • Design irresistible travel packages and pitch them to new and returning clients.
    • Liaise with hotels, airlines, and local guides to lock in the best deals.
    • Offer friendly, honest advice that keeps customers coming back.
  • Data Entry & Administrative Support:

    • Maintain organized, accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information.
    • Support the team by prepping documents, double-checking details, and keeping operations smooth.
    • Handle client inquiries with patience and professionalism.
  • Social Media Specialist:

    • Create engaging posts and stories that inspire followers to pack their bags.
    • Monitor channels, respond to comments, and track what’s trending in the travel sphere.
    • Collaborate with consultants to share real client experiences and travel tips.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (you’ll use both every day).
  • Previous experience in travel, tourism, or a related customer-facing field.
  • Comfort with digital tools—whether that’s booking platforms or social media apps.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine, helpful attitude.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Dubai’s travel scene or the wider Middle East.
  • Creativity for package design or social campaigns.
  • Experience with administrative systems or CRM software.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary, plus performance-based incentives.
  • Friendly, multicultural team with a supportive vibe—no egos, just travel enthusiasts.
  • Onsite role in the heart of Dubai’s Al Qusais area (hello, lunch spots!).
  • Clear pathways for growth—many of our team leads started out just like you.
  • Regular team outings, coffee breaks, and a strong sense of camaraderie.
  • Exposure to every side of the travel industry, from social media magic to on-the-ground logistics.

We believe work should be rewarding, challenging, and—yes—a little bit fun. If you’re ready to help people explore the world while growing your own career, we can’t wait to meet you.
