What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely transporting gas and other goods to various clients across the UAE, always following the planned route and schedule
- Inspecting your vehicle before each trip, making sure everything from brakes to lights is in top shape
- Navigating city streets and highways with confidence, using your local route knowledge to avoid delays
- Loading and unloading goods with care, double-checking that everything is secure
- Keeping accurate delivery logs and reporting any issues or incidents promptly
- Communicating with dispatch and clients to provide updates or resolve any delivery challenges
- Following all traffic laws and company safety protocols, every mile of the way
- Performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance on your assigned truck
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Valid UAE heavy vehicle driving license
- In-depth knowledge of UAE roads, especially industrial and commercial routes
- At least 2 years of experience driving heavy vehicles or trucks
- A clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices
- Strong work ethic — reliability and punctuality are non-negotiable
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed
- Basic communication skills in English or Arabic
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience transporting gas or hazardous materials
- Familiarity with digital logbooks or GPS fleet tracking systems
- Mechanical aptitude for minor truck repairs
