What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drafting, typing, and reviewing official documents in English, Arabic, and Hindi for government submissions
  • Navigating DED, TAMM, ICP, MOHRE, and other Abu Dhabi government portals with confidence (and a little finesse)
  • Supporting business setup procedures, ensuring every step complies with local regulations
  • Communicating with clients and government officials to clarify requirements and update on progress
  • Maintaining meticulous records of applications, renewals, and approvals
  • Spotting and correcting errors before they become headaches for clients or colleagues
  • Assisting with additional administrative duties as they arise — flexibility is key here

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar typist or administrative role (ideally in the UAE)
  • Strong working knowledge of Abu Dhabi government procedures (DED, TAMM, ICP, MOHRE, business setups)
  • Fluent in English, Arabic, and Hindi — both spoken and written
  • High attention to detail, especially under tight deadlines
  • Solid computer skills and comfort with government portals

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience supporting business setup or PRO services
