What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing state-of-the-art VRF air conditioning systems for commercial and residential projects
- Performing routine and preventive maintenance to keep clients’ systems running efficiently
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing VRF systems — from the easy fixes to the real head-scratchers
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and fellow technicians to deliver projects on time
- Advising clients on system care and optimal use, with a friendly and approachable manner
- Keeping detailed, accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Ensuring all tasks meet company safety standards and industry regulations
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Real, hands-on experience with VRF air conditioning systems (installation and servicing)
- Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills — you can spot (and fix) even the elusive issues
- Ability to work on-site — sometimes in tight spaces, sometimes on rooftops
- Strong work ethic and clear sense of professionalism
- Familiarity with the latest tools and best practices in the trade
- A commitment to safe, quality-driven work
Nice-to-Haves:
- HVAC certification or relevant technical qualifications
- Experience working with diverse brands of VRF systems
- Strong communication skills in English (and other languages are a plus)
- Drivers license and/or willingness to travel between job sites
