Responsibilities

As an HVAC Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Building Systems projects. Your core duties will include:

• Quotations & Proposals: Prepare detailed and competitive quotations for HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Building Systems, taking into account client requirements and project specifications.
• Material Management: Oversee the supply chain for essential materials, ensuring timely procurement and optimal application on site.
• Site Visits: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems are installed according to design and standards.
• Technical Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to align all technical aspects, resolve challenges, and deliver integrated solutions.
• BOQ Preparation: Develop precise Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source quality materials.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs, installations, and procedures strictly adhere to UAE codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, technical drawings, and reports using AutoCAD and other industry-standard software.

Requirements

To excel in this position, the ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in HVAC or MEP engineering, preferably within the UAE.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing and design, as well as expertise in preparing BOQs and technical documentation.
• Knowledge Base: In-depth understanding of UAE building codes, fire safety regulations, and MEP standards.
• Location: Currently residing in the UAE, with the ability to join the team immediately.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical approach with the ability to address challenges and devise practical, innovative solutions.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to delivering high-quality work with keen attention to technical details.
