What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing daily administrative processes such as correspondence, filing, and scheduling—keeping us ticking like clockwork.
  • Serving as a friendly and professional point of contact for callers, visitors, and teammates needing a helping hand.
  • Drafting and proofreading documents, emails, and reports to ensure everything leaving our desk looks polished and professional.
  • Coordinating office supplies and liaising with vendors so we’re never caught empty-handed (or coffee-less).
  • Supporting team projects—from organizing meetings to keeping timelines, you help keep our group moving forward.
  • Pitching in to streamline workflows and suggest smarter ways of working; your ideas matter here.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

Must-Haves

  • Good organizational and multitasking skills—you can spin a lot of plates and keep your cool.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (clarity and professionalism are key).
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (think Word, Excel, email, and a curiosity to pick up new tools).
  • A positive, “how can I help?” attitude.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software or document management systems.
