About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Curious what it’s like to help bring community spaces and championship dreams to life? As a Technician/Craftsman with us in Ajman, you’ll play a crucial role in building sports courts (think basketball, tennis, futsal, even playgrounds) that inspire active living across the UAE. Whether you’re the hands-on type or a detail-minded maker, this is a job where your work will be literally underfoot for years to come — and where hard work is noticed and rewarded.
About the Company
We’re a specialist team passionate about turning empty lots into gathering places — from neighborhood football pitches to school playgrounds and leisure parks. Our crew’s a friendly, skilled bunch who enjoy sharing a laugh after a solid day’s work. We value quality, safety, and mutual respect, and we’re growing fast (which means plenty of chances to step up). Our team meetings sometimes include impromptu ping pong tournaments… it keeps us on our toes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Laying, smoothing, and finishing surfaces with acrylic, rubber, or artificial grass for sports courts and playgrounds.
- Assisting with concrete pouring, leveling, and curing — getting your hands a little dirty is par for the course.
- Installing and assembling steel or aluminum equipment such as court fencing and goals, often as part of a small, tight-knit team.
- Following technical drawings and site plans to ensure each installation meets the client’s vision — precision matters!
- Maintaining a clean, organized work area and helping with stock inventory and equipment checks.
- Collaborating with teammates and supervisors to tackle on-site challenges and finish projects on time.
- Practicing and promoting safety: you know a safe site gets everyone home at the end of the day.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience with at least one of the following: acrylic or rubber flooring, artificial grass installation, concrete work, steel, or aluminum structures.
- Comfort with tools of the trade — maybe you’re the type who always carries a measuring tape ‘just in case’!
- A valid UAE residency visa.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic: “good enough” isn’t good enough for you.
- Willingness to work outdoors — sometimes under the sun, sometimes with a breeze.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
