What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with on-site maintenance of football fields—think everything from leveling ground to fixing turf.
- Support installation and design activities; you’ll help lay out new field markings and features.
- Operate basic gardening and maintenance equipment, with safety always top of mind.
- Carry out daily cleaning and preparation tasks – this might mean a bit of heavy lifting or teamwork to set up field gear.
- Report any repair needs or field issues clearly to your supervisor, so nothing gets missed.
- Follow schedules and maintenance plans—football seasons don’t wait!
