About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself obsessing over the details in a set of construction drawings, knowing your mark on a project will be built for generations to come? If you’re a Draughtsman passionate about shaping ambitious civil projects—especially dams and major infrastructure—this position might just be your next big career move. With the current demand for reliable, sustainable engineering solutions, your expertise will play a crucial part not just in our company, but in communities relying on our work.
About the Company
We’re a high-energy team in the thick of the action, crafting solutions for some of the region’s most complex civil engineering challenges. As one of the leading contracting firms, we’re known for our hands-on approach and for supporting each other from the first concept sketch through final construction. Collaboration sparks our best ideas—don’t be surprised if your input helps shape how we tackle the next big dam or infrastructure upgrade. Our engineers and draughtsmen swap tips, celebrate milestones, and never pass up a chance to trade stories over tea in the break room. Friday demo days? Absolutely—they’re equal parts fun and foundational to our success.
