What You’ll Be Doing
- Housemaids:
- Keep homes welcoming through daily cleaning, sweeping, and tidying.
- Manage laundry — washing, drying, ironing, and careful handling of delicate fabrics.
- Organize closets and storage areas to make daily routines smoother for everyone.
- Nannies & Babysitters:
- Provide warm, vigilant care for children — from supervision and play to meal planning.
- Support with school pick-up/drop-off and help with homework when needed.
- Create a safe, joyful environment for curious minds.
- Cook Helpers & Kitchen Assistants:
- Assist chefs or families with meal preparation and basic cooking tasks.
- Handle kitchen cleaning: washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and keeping things organized.
- Support grocery sorting, food storage, and light grocery shopping when needed.
You might be assigned to a household, a kitchen, or occasionally split duties — variety is part of the adventure.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Valid residency and currently living inside the UAE (sponsorship/change of visa support possible for the right candidate)
- Ability to communicate in basic English (or another useful language for households)
- Experience in at least one of the following: cleaning, laundry, childcare, or kitchen work
- Punctuality, reliability, and a kind, respectful attitude — your character really matters
- Willingness to work live-in or live-out, as needed
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with infants or special diets (for nanny/cook helper roles)
- Previous long-term placements in Dubai or similar major cities
- Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.)
