Responsibilities

As a key member of our architectural team, you will play an essential role in shaping environments for a diverse portfolio of clients. Your daily tasks will include:

• Concept Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and develop innovative architectural and interior solutions catering to a range of commercial and residential projects.
• Design Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentations, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion.
• Interior Fit-Out Coordination: Lead the technical detailing and coordination of interior fit-out works, ensuring all design elements comply with local codes and client requirements.
• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address design-related issues, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the construction and installation phases.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain proactive communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project workflows and timely decision-making.
• Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and submit required documentation for authority approvals, ensuring all designs are in line with UAE regulations and industry best practices.
• Material Selection: Source and recommend appropriate materials and finishes, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and budget considerations.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and experiences:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience working on architectural and interior fit-out projects, specifically within the UAE market.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with BIM workflows is highly desirable.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Dubai Municipality and other UAE authority requirements for architectural and interior submissions.
• Design Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects in architectural design and interior fit-out.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
