• Providing expert recommendations on destinations, itineraries, and travel insurance, drawing on your in-depth knowledge of global travel trends.
• Managing and nurturing client relationships by offering personalized service and timely assistance throughout the travel planning process.
• Resolving issues efficiently, whether handling booking changes, cancellations, or travel disruptions, to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience.
• Staying updated on visa regulations, travel advisories, and airline policies to provide accurate, up-to-date advice.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar customer-facing role within the travel industry.
