Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Sanitize restrooms, common areas, and high-touch surfaces to ensure optimal hygiene.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in designated areas.
• Follow established schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed to company standards.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Handle cleaning equipment and materials responsibly, ensuring their proper use and storage.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as required by the management team.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cleaner or helper is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Physically fit and able to perform tasks that require standing, lifting, bending, and manual labor.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills and procedures.
