Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver, your primary focus will be to ensure the timely, safe, and accurate delivery of goods to various destinations across Dubai. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering goods efficiently and punctually to designated locations, ensuring items arrive in perfect condition.
• Maintaining the assigned vehicle, including regular checks on cleanliness, fuel, and basic mechanical aspects to guarantee reliability at all times.
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting clients courteously and handling any inquiries or issues with professionalism.
• Adhering to Dubai traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure both personal and public safety.
• Coordinating with dispatch and logistics teams to optimize routes and delivery schedules.
• Completing delivery documentation, including obtaining signatures, updating delivery logs, and submitting reports as required.
• Managing minor vehicle troubleshooting when necessary and promptly reporting any major issues for maintenance.
• Upholding a positive company image while interacting with customers and representing the organization on the road.

Required Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who are enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to delivering top-notch service. To be considered for this position, you should have:

• A valid LTV (3) driving license recognized in the UAE.
• A clean driving record with strong knowledge of Dubai’s roads and regulations.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages can be advantageous.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize deliveries efficiently.
• A customer-focused attitude and the ability to resolve issues swiftly and professionally.
• Experience as a delivery driver is a plus, but new license holders are also encouraged to apply.
