Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver at iMile Delivery Services, your daily tasks will include:

• Delivering packages to customers at various destinations efficiently and on schedule.
• Ensuring accuracy in every delivery, verifying recipients, and managing delivery documentation.
• Maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition, conducting regular checks, and upholding cleanliness standards.
• Adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to guarantee a safe delivery process.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service, addressing any delivery-related queries or concerns with a positive attitude.
• Optimizing delivery routes using your knowledge of UAE roads to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Reporting any incidents, delays, or issues to the operations team promptly to maintain transparency and service quality.
• Assisting with loading and unloading packages as required to facilitate seamless operations.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Familiarity with UAE roadways and a good sense of direction within Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah, and Al Qusais.
• Previous experience in delivery or logistics is advantageous but not required—motivation and a willingness to learn are key.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical fitness to manage loading and unloading of packages.
• Reliability and punctuality to ensure deliveries are completed as scheduled.
• Basic proficiency in using smartphones or handheld delivery devices for navigation and order management.
