Available Driver Positions

• Delivery Driver: Ensure prompt and safe delivery of goods to various locations across Dubai.
• Light Vehicle Driver: Transport personnel and small shipments, maintaining punctuality and professionalism.
• Truck Driver: Operate heavy vehicles for the transportation of goods, adhering to road safety regulations.
• Bus Driver: Safely carry passengers to their destinations, providing courteous and dependable service.

Responsibilities

As a valued member of the Al Manar Group driving team, you will be expected to:

• Operate assigned vehicles safely and efficiently on designated routes.
• Transport goods and/or passengers to specified locations, while maintaining timeliness.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and promptly report any issues or malfunctions.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
• Manage delivery or passenger documentation accurately, ensuring proper record-keeping.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Assist with loading and unloading cargo as required (for delivery and truck drivers).
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and supervisors regarding schedules and routes.
• Adapt to varying schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Requirements

To be considered for any of the driver positions at Al Manar Group, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Valid UAE driving license for the relevant vehicle category (Light Vehicle, Truck, or Bus).
• Proven driving experience in the UAE preferred; freshers with strong driving skills may also be considered.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety.
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks related to loading/unloading (where applicable).
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
