Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs: Tailor sessions to suit athletes of varying skill levels, from newcomers to seasoned competitors.
• Deliver personalized coaching: Provide hands-on, individualized instruction to help each athlete reach their full potential.
• Monitor progress and adjust techniques: Assess athlete performance, identify areas for improvement, and adapt coaching strategies accordingly.
• Promote safety and well-being: Maintain a secure training environment by adhering to best practices and instilling proper safety procedures at all times.
• Inspire and motivate athletes: Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages dedication, discipline, and enjoyment of the sport.
• Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other coaches and staff to coordinate schedules, share insights, and contribute to a cohesive training program.
• Organize and oversee competitions: Assist with event preparation, athlete registration, and on-site coaching during local, regional, or national tournaments.
• Stay current with developments in archery: Engage in ongoing professional development to introduce the latest techniques, equipment, and training philosophies.

Requirements

• Proven coaching experience: Demonstrated history of coaching archery, ideally with exposure to a range of skill levels and age groups.
• Relevant certifications: Recognized coaching credentials, with additional qualifications in sports sciences or related disciplines considered an asset.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly convey instruction, provide constructive feedback, and connect with athletes of diverse backgrounds.
• Passion for archery and sports development: A genuine enthusiasm for nurturing talent and promoting the sport within the community.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities: Capable of inspiring confidence and commitment in athletes, fostering both individual and team growth.
• Commitment to safety: In-depth knowledge of archery safety protocols and the ability to maintain a safe, supportive training environment.
• Willingness to relocate: Open to candidates currently residing outside the UAE who are ready to move to Dubai for this role.
