Responsibilities

As a Hand Embroidery Specialist, your primary focus will be on producing masterfully crafted embroidery work for our exclusive collections. Your daily activities will include:

• Creating intricate embroidery designs by hand, tailored to the specifications of our luxury collections.
• Collaborating closely with designers to interpret creative visions and translate them into stunning embroidered pieces.
• Ensuring consistency and excellence in craftsmanship, maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the production process.
• Repairing, adjusting, or enhancing existing garments with embroidery, as required.
• Selecting appropriate threads, beads, sequins, and other embellishments to complement each design.
• Managing your workspace efficiently and ensuring that tools and materials are well-organized.
• Staying updated on traditional and contemporary embroidery techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Meeting production deadlines while upholding meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements
