We are seeking a dedicated Home Caregiver or Baby Care staff member to become part of our supportive team in the Mushrif area. Responsibilities

In this role, you will play an essential part in providing attentive, high-quality care within a family environment. Your daily responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily routines, including feeding, bathing, and dressing infants or children
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and nurturing environment
• Engaging children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
• Observing children’s health and reporting any concerns to parents or guardians
• Supporting parents with household tasks directly related to the child’s well-being
• Ensuring proper hygiene and sanitation of baby care items and living spaces
• Administering basic first aid when necessary
• Demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding with all family members

Requirements

To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Ability to communicate fluently in English, Hindi, or Tagalog
• Previous experience in caregiving, childcare, or a related field is highly preferred
• Genuine passion for working with babies and young children
• Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness
• Willingness to work and reside on-site in Mushrif, Abu Dhabi
• Must be able to join the team immediately
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to the routines and preferences of the family
• Good physical health and stamina to keep up with daily caregiving tasks
