Responsibilities
As an Indoor Sales Staff member, your core responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with Customers: Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
- Product Presentation: Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and promotions to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Sales Achievement: Proactively work towards achieving and surpassing individual and team sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and provide up-to-date information.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, transactions, and customer feedback for management review.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and management to ensure optimal store performance and seamless customer service.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales or marketing experience in the UAE retail sector.
- Age: Candidates must be below 28 years of age.
- Gender: Openings for 3 male and 5 female candidates.
- Nationality: We welcome applicants from all nationalities, fostering a diverse and inclusive team.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in any of the following languages is highly preferred:
- English
- Malayalam
- Tamil
- Urdu
- Tagalog
- Hindi

- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a friendly and persuasive approach.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE.
