Responsibilities

As a member of our domestic care staff, your role will be varied and impactful. You will be entrusted with supporting families in their day-to-day lives and ensuring their homes are maintained to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and Organizing: Thoroughly clean and maintain all living spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing to ensure a spotless environment.
• Household Management: Organize household items, manage laundry, change linens, and assist with wardrobe management as needed.
• Childcare Assistance: Provide attentive and responsible care for children, including supervising playtime, assisting with meals, and ensuring their safety at all times.
• Meal Preparation Support: Assist with light meal preparation, snacks, and kitchen clean-up as required by the household.
• Adaptability: Work efficiently in various household environments across Dubai, adjusting to different family routines and needs.
• Special Requests: Accommodate additional tasks such as organizing closets, helping with family events, or running errands as required.

Requirements

We are seeking individuals who are reliable, proactive, and have a genuine commitment to domestic care and child wellbeing. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience: Proven background in domestic work, housekeeping, or nanny services. Prior experience working in Dubai or the UAE is a plus.
• Trustworthiness: High level of integrity, honesty, and respect for family privacy.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for cleanliness, hygiene, and organization. Ability to spot and address even the smallest details in maintaining a household.
• Work Ethic: Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and dedication to delivering quality service.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work in various locations and adjust to different schedules and household routines.
• Interpersonal Skills: Kind, respectful, and able to communicate effectively with both adults and children.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and managing active children.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is preferred; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
