Key Responsibilities

• Precision Cutting and Shaping: Accurately measure, cut, and shape marble, granite, and other natural stones to meet project specifications.
• Expert Installation: Install stone slabs, tiles, and panels on floors, walls, countertops, and other surfaces, ensuring secure, level, and aesthetically pleasing results.
• Surface Preparation: Prepare substrates and surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion and longevity of stone installations.
• Finishing and Sealing: Apply appropriate sealants and finishes, polishing surfaces to achieve a flawless, durable end result.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, architectural plans, and project drawings to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of completed work, making necessary adjustments to uphold the highest quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, designers, and other trades to coordinate installation schedules and resolve challenges promptly.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your team.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in marble, granite, or natural stone installation, preferably within residential or commercial construction projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in the use of hand and power tools specific to stone cutting, shaping, and installation.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional craftsmanship with an ability to deliver precise, clean, and visually impressive installations.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy stone materials, often in varied site conditions.
