Responsibilities

As a valued member of the construction team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality results on a range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Executing Construction Tasks:
  • For Masons: Laying bricks, stones, and concrete blocks; constructing and repairing walls, floors, partitions, and other structures.
  • For Electricians: Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings and other structures.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring all work meets the company’s high standards of craftsmanship and adheres to project specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly following workplace safety protocols and best practices to protect yourself and your colleagues.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with supervisors, engineers, and fellow tradespeople to coordinate project activities and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving on-site challenges efficiently to maintain project momentum.
• Site Maintenance: Keeping the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free at all times.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate:

• Relevant Experience:
  • For Masons: Proven experience in masonry work, including bricklaying, plastering, and concrete finishing.
  • For Electricians: Professional background in electrical installation, wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with modern construction methods, tools, and equipment.
• Education and Certification:
  • Trade certification or vocational training in masonry or electrical work is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to delivering precise, high-quality workmanship.
• Teamwork Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
