As a key member of our workshop, you will play a vital role in bringing our clients’ unique visions to life through exceptional craftsmanship. We are looking for a talented individual with a passion for fashion and a proven background in tailoring, particularly in creating Abayas, party dresses, and Mkhawars.

Responsibilities

• Expert Cutting: Accurately measure, mark, and cut various types of fabrics according to design patterns and client specifications.
• Garment Construction: Skillfully sew and finish garments, ensuring neatness and attention to detail at every stage of production.
• Specialized Tailoring: Focus on creating custom Abayas, party dresses, and Mkhawars, adapting techniques for different fabric types and styles.
• Pattern Making: Draft and adapt patterns based on new designs or client adjustments, guaranteeing a perfect fit and contemporary look.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, seamstresses, and clients to interpret requirements and offer professional insights on fabric choices and garment structure.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished garments for accuracy, durability, and overall quality, making adjustments as needed to meet our high standards.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively to understand client needs, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with the finished product.
• Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, ensuring tools and materials are in optimal condition.

Requirements

• Experience: Demonstrated expertise as a Master Cutter within a professional tailoring or fashion environment.
• Tailoring Skills: Advanced proficiency in cutting, stitching, and assembling garments, particularly Abayas, party dresses, and Mkhawars.
• Fabric Knowledge: Comfortable and experienced working with a wide range of fabrics, from delicate silks to luxurious velvets and intricate lace.
• Design Precision: Strong eye for detail, with the ability to interpret patterns and designs with accuracy and creativity.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in either Arabic or English to facilitate clear communication with team members and clients.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing trends, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
