• Inventory Coordination: Liaise with site managers and inventory teams to monitor stock levels and forecast material requirements.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Supplier Performance Review: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery, or service.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Industry Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in procurement, ideally within the construction or property development sector.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems is preferred.
• Negotiation Abilities: Demonstrated skill in negotiating with vendors to secure favorable terms.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
