Key Responsibilities

• Lead Desert Safaris: Guide guests safely through exhilarating desert landscapes, providing expert navigation and ensuring every journey is both thrilling and secure.
• Engage and Entertain: Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere for groups of all sizes, sparking curiosity with fascinating stories about local wildlife, culture, and geography.
• Safety First: Conduct thorough safety briefings, demonstrate equipment use, and remain vigilant to ensure the well-being of every participant during each excursion.
• Customer Experience: Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to inquiries, and address any concerns with professionalism and care.
• Cultural Ambassador: Share insights into the region’s traditions, history, and natural wonders, creating memorable educational moments throughout the tour.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow guides and support staff to deliver seamless and coordinated guest experiences.
• Vehicle Operation: Operate and maintain buggies and other safari vehicles, performing basic checks and reporting maintenance needs as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Passion for Adventure: Genuine enthusiasm for the desert environment and outdoor activities.
• People-Oriented: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Energetic Personality: Outgoing, positive, and able to energize a group, even in challenging conditions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication in English; additional language skills are a distinct advantage.
• Knowledgeable: Familiarity with local flora, fauna, and geography, or a willingness to learn.
• Safety Conscious: Commitment to strict safety protocols, including first aid knowledge (certification is a plus).
• Driving Skills: Valid UAE driving license; prior experience handling off-road vehicles is highly desirable.
