• Collaborating with law enforcement, emergency responders, and internal teams when necessary to resolve incidents effectively.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications and attributes:

• Valid SIRA License: Possession of an active SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) license is mandatory for all applicants.
• Prior Security Experience: A proven background in security services, ideally with hands-on experience in patrolling, surveillance, and incident response.
• Proficiency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and the public.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, sometimes under challenging conditions.
• Observational Skills: Keen attention to detail, with the ability to quickly identify irregularities and potential threats.
• Integrity and Reliability: A strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and commitment to ethical conduct.
