• Audit Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external auditors, preparing documentation and responding to audit queries promptly.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) are highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within the UAE or GCC region.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Knowledge Base: Solid understanding of UAE tax laws, VAT, and labor regulations.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial information.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
• Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet stringent deadlines.
