Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in building construction projects within the UAE, specifically within the contracting sector.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a Civil Engineering Diploma from a recognized institution. Only applicants with a civil engineering background will be considered.
• Current residency in the UAE is mandatory, with a comprehensive understanding of local construction regulations and standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide teams and coordinate with multiple project stakeholders.
• Thorough knowledge of QA/QC processes, documentation, and compliance requirements relevant to the UAE construction industry.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality concerns.
