• Steel Fixers
• Shuttering Carpenters
• Electricians
• Plumbers

Responsibilities

The specific duties will vary based on each role, but all team members will play a crucial part in the success of our projects. General responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
• Executing tasks with precision and attention to safety standards
• Collaborating with fellow tradespeople and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality
• Adhering to site safety regulations and company policies
• Assisting with site preparation, material handling, and clean-up as required

Role-Specific Duties

Steel Fixers

• Install and tie steel bars and mesh for reinforcement in concrete structures

Shuttering Carpenters

• Construct and dismantle formwork for concrete pouring

Electricians

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures

Plumbers

• Assemble, install, and repair water supply and drainage systems

Furniture Carpenters

• Create, assemble, and install custom furniture and fixtures

Tile Masons

• Lay tiles with precision, ensuring level surfaces and proper alignment

Helpers

• Support skilled tradespeople with various site tasks and manual labor

Requirements

To thrive in these roles, candidates should possess:

• Relevant work experience in the position applied for (experience in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage)
• Strong technical skills and a commitment to craftsmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction setting
• Reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative
• Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team
• Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of appropriate personal protective equipment
• Basic understanding of English is beneficial; knowledge of other languages is a plus
