Responsibilities

As a Tea Maker, you will be entrusted with a range of important duties that ensure every cup served meets the highest standards. Your daily tasks will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of teas and hot beverages, with a focus on taste, aroma, and presentation.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times, including all tea-making equipment and utensils.
• Following established recipes and preparation techniques to ensure consistency and quality in every cup.
• Adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene standards, minimizing risks and ensuring a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed to prevent shortages and support smooth daily operations.
• Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their preferences, and ensuring satisfaction with each order.
• Collaborating with team members to create a welcoming and efficient environment.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following essential criteria:

• Experience in tea preparation or a similar beverage-making role, ideally within the hospitality sector.
• Must possess a valid, transferable residency in the UAE to be eligible for employment.
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts with a strong sense of reliability and punctuality.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, ensuring every beverage meets house standards.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and coworkers.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety regulations relevant to food and beverage preparation.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
