What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out maintenance and troubleshooting on a range of HVAC systems, split ACs, and central units at our project sites
- Responding to urgent service requests (sometimes with a smile, always with professionalism)
- Diagnosing issues using your practical experience and/or relevant testing tools—no guesswork, just solid know-how
- Performing repairs and routine checks on plumbing, electrical fixtures, and building appliances as needed
- Assisting with installations (new units, replacements, and occasional upgrades)
- Coordinating with supervisors and project managers to ensure every site stays on schedule and clients stay happy
- Maintaining clear records of service, repairs, and materials used (your organized side will shine here)
- Contributing to a safe, tidy work area—everyone leaves the site better than they found it
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience as an AC Technician or Maintenance Technician within the UAE construction sector
- In-depth knowledge of common AC brands and maintenance protocols
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical faults efficiently
- Willingness to work on multiple job sites, sometimes on tight deadlines
- You’re currently inside the UAE and ready to join us soon
Nice-to-Haves:
- Basic spoken English or Hindi to navigate our multicultural team and clients
- Familiarity with common construction site safety standards
- Flexible attitude towards overtime or weekend work when occasional projects call for it
