About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what keeps Dubai’s bustling buildings cool and comfortable under the desert sun? As an AC Technician & Maintenance Technician with our dynamic construction team in Al Karama, you’ll be at the heart of the action—helping deliver comfort, reliability, and peace of mind to clients across the city. Whether you’re just getting started or already have a few years’ experience under your belt, this is your chance to make a real difference (and maybe pick up a few new tricks from seasoned pros along the way).
About the Company
We’re more than just a construction outfit—we’re a hands-on, people-first crew making a mark in Dubai’s fast-evolving landscape. Our projects range from sleek new builds to complex renovations, and our culture is all about learning, problem-solving, and working as a true team (with more than a little friendly competition when it comes to, say, who can swap out a compressor the fastest). If you thrive in an environment where every day brings a new technical puzzle, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC and AC systems in residential and commercial sites around Al Karama and beyond.
- Carrying out routine preventive maintenance checks—think of it as keeping things running smoothly before problems pop up.
- Overseeing installation and commissioning of AC units and ventilation systems; you’ll be trusted to get things right from the start.
- Collaborating with your team to handle electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues whenever required (no “that’s-not-my-job” attitudes here).
- Responding to urgent maintenance calls with care and professionalism—sometimes things break at just the wrong time, right?
- Keeping concise service records and updating supervisors on daily progress.
- Maintaining a tidy and safe work environment—our clients appreciate your attention to detail.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 1–3 years of relevant AC or general maintenance experience in the UAE construction sector.
- Confidence handling installation, troubleshooting, and repairs for various types of HVAC equipment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and reading technical diagrams.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Prior experience in construction company environments or large-scale building complexes.
- Familiarity with smart controls or energy-efficient HVAC tech.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you. Sometimes the best technicians come from the most unexpected backgrounds.
