Core Responsibilities

As an Accountant within our workshop, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing Day-to-Day Accounts: Oversee all financial transactions, maintain ledgers, and ensure up-to-date record-keeping.
• Processing Transactions: Handle payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations promptly and accurately.
• Job Card Preparation: Create and manage job cards for vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring that each job is tracked and billed appropriately.
• Invoice Management: Generate, issue, and track invoices to customers and suppliers, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
• Monthly Reporting: Compile comprehensive monthly financial reports to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making.
• Documentation and Filing: Maintain organized records of all financial documents, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage.
• Assisting Audits: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
• Supporting Compliance: Ensure that all accounting practices adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.
