What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily financial transactions, ensuring every entry is accurate and up-to-date
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports
- Maintain meticulous records in compliance with UAE tax regulations and local laws
- Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and banks to ensure smooth financial operations
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable, resolving discrepancies with a keen eye for detail
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems for greater efficiency
- Support budgeting processes and provide actionable insights to management
- Stay current with changes in tax laws, proactively advising the team on compliance
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Proven hands-on experience in accounting roles, ideally within the construction industry
- Deep knowledge of UAE tax laws and financial regulations
