What You’ll Be Doing

Accountant / Assistant Accountant

  • Keeping financial records up to date, from daily transactions to monthly reports
  • Preparing and reviewing invoices, payments, and expense records
  • Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accuracy in employee compensation
  • Reconciling accounts, checking for discrepancies, and solving them efficiently
  • Supporting audits and compliance checks with organized documentation
  • Collaborating with the team to streamline processes and improve accuracy

Office Assistant

  • Managing daily office tasks—filing, organizing documents, and maintaining supplies
  • Handling phone calls and emails with professionalism and a friendly tone
  • Assisting different departments with their administrative needs
  • Ensuring the reception area and workspaces stay tidy and welcoming
  • Supporting team members with scheduling, meetings, and minor errands

Must-Haves

  • Currently residing in the UAE (applications only accepted from within UAE)
  • Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus!)
