What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming visitors, answering calls, and helping with daily office tasks — making sure the front desk is always on point
- Supporting the team by organizing files, updating records, and ensuring important paperwork doesn’t go missing
- Assisting with inventory management and stock-taking in the storeroom — yes, you’ll get to count things, but it’s not all numbers!
- Coordinating deliveries, pickups, and communicating with drivers as needed, keeping everyone in the loop
- Maintaining basic data entry of shipments, invoices, or supply orders (don’t worry, guidance is provided for freshers)
- Lending a hand during busy periods to ensure smooth warehouse or office operations (think of it as cross-training that keeps things interesting)
