What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping the front desk organized, welcoming visitors with a smile (yes, people do notice!).
- Answering calls, emails, and messages promptly, making sure information gets to the right person every time.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments (and saving everyone from double-bookings).
- Assisting with internal and external correspondence—letters, memos, reports, you name it.
- Maintaining accurate records, from files to supplier lists—your knack for order really does matter.
- Helping with day-to-day office duties, whether it’s coordinating deliveries or restocking supplies.
- Supporting other team members with administrative projects as needed. Sometimes it’s a big event, sometimes it’s just making sure there are enough pens.
