What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting patients and visitors with a professional (but genuine) welcome at the front desk.
- Handling check-in/check-out procedures with warmth, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Assisting with appointment scheduling and ensuring the daily roster runs like clockwork.
- Supporting doctors and nurses by preparing documentation, reports, and maintaining orderly records.
- Receiving phone calls, answering queries, and following up on patient requests—it’s all part of your day.
- Handling confidential patient information with discretion and care.
- Pitching in where extra help is needed—sometimes that means making a pot of tea, or calming a flustered parent.
- Keeping clinic areas organized, stocked, and inviting.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English (bonus: Arabic or other languages).
- Well-organized and able to keep calm amidst the occasional rush.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor—genuine people skills matter here.
- Willingness to learn and adapt as part of a team.
- Familiarity with basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Nice-to-Haves
