What You’ll Be Doing
Agricultural and Irrigation Technician
- Install, maintain, and repair both drip and sprinkler irrigation systems across various project sites.
- Troubleshoot issues with pumps, valves, and control panels, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Monitor water usage and system performance, making adjustments as needed to support healthy crop growth.
- Collaborate with agronomists and project managers to implement best practices for sustainable farming.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades for ongoing improvement.
Labourers
- Support technicians and agronomists with hands-on tasks, from preparing soil to planting and harvesting crops.
- Operate basic agricultural equipment (training provided) and assist in setting up irrigation lines.
- Perform routine checks on tools and machinery, reporting any issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of equipment storage and work areas.
- Follow all safety procedures and instructions, ensuring a safe and productive environment for everyone.

- For Technicians: Practical experience with agricultural irrigation systems, especially drip and sprinkler setups.
- For Labourers: Physical fitness and willingness to take on manual outdoor work under supervision.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and willingness to learn new skills as required.
- Basic communication skills (English preferred; other languages a plus).
