We’re a tight-knit crew, well-established within Al Ain, working on a diverse mix of commercial and residential aluminum solutions. Our days are fueled by a mix of practical know-how and genuine camaraderie (our team lunches tend to feature more laughter than meetings). Here, new ideas are welcome, mentorship flows naturally, and every finished project is a team victory.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Aluminum Technicians:

    • Fabricating aluminum Curtain Wall systems, sliding doors, and window units from drawings and specifications.
    • Installing curtain walling and sliding door/window systems at various site locations — accuracy and safety are key.
    • Taking precise measurements, handling adjustments, and double-checking alignment before the final handover.
    • Working closely with engineers and supervisors to ensure installations meet quality standards and project timelines.
    • Troubleshooting and repairing existing aluminum structures as needed, keeping work neat and efficient.
  • Helpers & Assistants:

    • Supporting senior technicians on-site and in the workshop with hands-on fabrication and installation tasks.
    • Handling tools and materials, prepping workspaces, and cleaning up after jobs so the team stays agile.
    • Eagerly learning new techniques on the job — asking questions and picking up skills fast.
    • Maintaining physical stamina and safety practices in sometimes hot or dusty conditions.
    • Demonstrating flexibility to work wherever needed — teamwork makes the dream work here.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • For Technicians: Prior experience fabricating and installing curtain walls or sliding window/door systems (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
  • For Helpers & Assistants: Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work hard — no task too small.

  • Reliability: punctual, presentable, and ready to work at different locations across Al Ain.
  • Safety-minded — you follow protocols and look out for the team.
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong communication skills.

  • Previous work on prominent construction projects in the region.
  • Basic knowledge of Arabic or English (we’re a multilingual crew).
  • Valid UAE driving license.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
