What You’ll Be Doing
- Laying, cutting, and fitting marble and tile with accuracy, ensuring straight lines, even surfaces, and seamless joints
- Preparing surfaces — whether cleaning, smoothing, or leveling — so that every installation has a solid foundation
- Mixing and applying adhesives and grouts specific to different types of materials
- Collaborating with supervisors and fellow masons to interpret drawings or on-site instructions (your voice and input are welcome)
- Maintaining your tools and work area — a tidy space means safer, more efficient work
- Handling minor repairs or corrections when needed, always aiming for the highest quality finish
- Communicating clearly on the job site, especially when coordinating materials or timelines
- Working with respect for safety rules and team wellbeing at every step
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Practical, hands-on experience with marble and tile installation (if you can show us a sample of your work, even better!)
- Ability to communicate in English or Hindi on site
- Willingness to live and work in Al Ain
- Eligibility to obtain a UAE employment visa
