About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction Paragraph
Ever wondered what it feels like to be the face of a brand's next big campaign? We're a digital marketing crew based on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, and we're on the hunt for Arabic-speaking models to star in our social media content shoots. This isn't your typical 9-to-5 — it's project-based, flexible, and a chance to bring real personality to campaigns that reach thousands. If you've got that natural spark in front of a camera, keep reading.
About the Company
We're a digital marketing agency that lives and breathes content — the kind that stops thumbs mid-scroll. Our studio sits on Al Reem Island, where the coffee is strong, the deadlines are real, and the creative energy is honestly a little contagious. We work with brands across the region, and our social-first approach means we're constantly shooting, editing, and publishing.
We're small enough that every project matters and big enough to land campaigns that actually turn heads. If you join us on a shoot, you're not just a face — you're part of the story we're telling that day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Bring scripts and creative briefs to life on camera, delivering lines in fluent Arabic with confidence and clarity
- Collaborate with our directors and content team during social media shoots — sometimes it's a product demo, sometimes it's a lifestyle scene, sometimes it's a quick hook for Reels or TikTok
- Present content naturally, whether you're speaking to camera, interacting with a product, or playing off another talent
- Show up on time, camera-ready, and ready to roll — shoot days move fast and we rely on everyone being present
- Take light direction well and adapt on the fly when the creative team wants to try a different angle
- Occasionally reshoot or provide additional takes if the edit calls for it
What You'll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Fluent Arabic speaker (dialect and Modern Standard Arabic both welcome)
- Genuine comfort and presence in front of the camera — you don't freeze, you shine
- Reliable commitment to scheduled shoot dates
- Ability to present content naturally and clearly, without sounding robotic or over-rehearsed
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in modeling, acting, or content creation
- A portfolio or recent work samples we can peek at
- Flexibility for last-minute shoot scheduling
Not sure you tick every box? We'd still love to hear from you — sometimes the right energy matters more than a perfect resume.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- Project-based flexibility — pick up shoots that fit your schedule, no rigid office hours
- Paid per project with rates discussed based on scope and experience
- Real exposure — your face on campaigns for brands people actually know
- A collaborative, no-drama set — our shoots are organized, respectful, and yes, there's usually good food
- Room to grow — standout talent often gets called back for bigger campaigns
- Location perks — Al Reem Island means easy access, great views, and solid coffee nearby
We keep things professional but human. If you're looking for a creative side gig that actually builds your portfolio — and you love being in front of a lens — this could be a great fit.
Common Interview Questions and Tips
To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.
- Walk us through how you usually prepare for a shoot day — from reviewing the script to stepping in front of the camera. What does your process look like?
- We often shoot quick hooks for Reels and TikTok. How would you approach delivering a line so it feels spontaneous rather than scripted?
- You'll sometimes be working in Modern Standard Arabic and sometimes in dialect, depending on the campaign. How comfortable are you switching between the two on set?
- Tell us about a time you had to take direction on the fly and adjust your performance mid-shoot. How did you handle it?
- If a director asked you to redo a take five or six times because the edit needed something different, how would you keep your energy up and stay focused?
- What's your experience with presenting products on camera versus lifestyle or dialogue-driven scenes? Which do you enjoy more, and why?
- Describe a moment when a shoot didn't go according to plan — maybe a delay, a last-minute script change, or a technical issue. How did you respond?
- We work with brands across different industries. How do you get into the right mindset or persona for a campaign that's outside your personal style?
- How do you handle receiving feedback that you disagree with, especially in a fast-paced creative environment?
- What draws you to project-based modeling work versus a more traditional full-time role?
- Our sets are collaborative and low-drama by design. What does being a good collaborator on set mean to you?
- If you had to describe your on-camera presence in three words, what would they be — and why those three?
