What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and connect us with property owners, building managers, or businesses needing maintenance or renovation services
- Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients — be their go-to advisor and problem solver
- Share project details with our team, ensuring expectations are clear on both sides
- Help negotiate and close contracts, representing Creative Hands with professionalism and integrity
- Stay alert for new project opportunities across Fujairah, Kalba, Dibba, and Sharjah
- Collaborate with our operations team to track progress and client satisfaction
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Strong local network among property owners, facility managers, or businesses in the Northern Emirates
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic fluency is a plus!)
