What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the right hand to our CEO, managing schedules, follow-ups, and day-to-day operational needs
  • Coordinate administrative processes, from document handling to meeting logistics
  • Prepare and analyze Excel reports, keeping data organized and actionable
  • Support HR activities—including coordinating interviews and onboarding paperwork
  • Track key business development leads and organize related documentation
  • Communicate across teams with clarity and a can-do attitude, ensuring smooth information flow
  • Tackle ad hoc assignments—sometimes predictable, often unexpected, never boring

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, tables—more than just “the basics”)
