Join a skilled team in the heart of the New Industrial Area, where attention to detail and pride in a job well done never go out of style. With stable hours, steady work, and a supportive crew by your side, you’ll see the impact of your artistry every single day.

About the Company

We’re a tight-knit group of craftsmen and creators shaped by the belief that every project—no matter how big or small—deserves finesse. Our workshop buzzes with collaboration, where experienced hands and fresh ideas meet over the shared goal of top-tier quality. Fridays usually see us swapping stories over chai, celebrating the week’s wins, and planning what’s next. With ongoing projects ranging from bespoke furniture to high-end interiors, you’ll always find something new (and someone friendly) around here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing wood for furniture and interiors—no two days are quite the same.
  • Applying professional-level finishes using spray painting, polyurethane, lacquer, stains, and clear coats.
  • Assessing surfaces and prepping them to ensure smooth, flawless application every time.
  • Matching colors and shades by eye, expertly blending paints for seamless, consistent results.
  • Adding those all-important final touches: touch-ups, polishing, and detail work that make our projects shine.
  • Collaborating with fellow carpenters and finishers, sharing tips and always striving for better ways to get the job done.
  • Maintaining a tidy, organized workspace (so your tools—and your sanity—never get lost).

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • At least 3 years of hands-on carpentry experience, especially with furniture and interior finishing.
    • Proven skill in spray painting, polyurethane application, lacquer, staining, and clear coating.
    • Ability to perform expert-level color matching, touch-ups, and final polishing on a variety of surfaces.
    • Strong attention to detail—because the last 5% makes all the difference.
    • Reliable work ethic and a positive, team-centered attitude.
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience in restoration or custom furniture work.
    • Comfort communicating basic instructions in English or Arabic.
    • A portfolio or photos of past projects (we love seeing your craftsmanship!).

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Company-provided accommodation, just a short ride away—no scrambling for a place to stay.
  • Daily transportation to and from the workshop, so your commute is one less thing to worry about.
  • Consistent pay structure with overtime opportunities if you want them.
  • Supportive team that values safety, respect, and genuine skill over empty titles.
  • On-the-job learning, with a chance to develop your craft and take on more complex finishes as you grow.

Here, you’re not just checking off tasks—you’re helping transform spaces while building a career alongside people who care about the work (and each other). If you take pride in your craft, you’ll fit right in.
