About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever picture yourself stepping into a factory where every role—from master craftsmen to digital pioneers—truly matters? We’re hiring immediately for several key positions, and whether your expertise is with a welding torch, spreadsheet formulas, or cutting-edge AI, you’ll find a spot here where your skills are valued. This is your chance to roll up your sleeves, join a team that feels more like a community than a workplace, and help shape both the products we build and the future we’re creating together.

About the Company

We’re not just another factory on the block. Our foundation is built on a deep respect for hands-on expertise and a curiosity for what’s next. On the production floor, you’ll hear laughter and the low hum of machines working in rhythm. Out in the offices, ideas bounce across desks and through chat threads. We celebrate wins big and small—Friday team breakfasts, monthly “Bravo!” shout-outs, and perhaps the most underrated perk: a genuine sense of belonging. Our business has been steadily growing, but we’ve never lost that close-knit feeling.

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

Depending on your role, you’ll find yourself at the heart of real, meaningful work:

  • Wood Carpenter: Build, shape, and finish bespoke woodwork—from fixtures to fine details—while preserving quality standards.
  • Blacksmith: Forging, tempering, and finishing metal components; maintaining traditional craftsmanship with modern methods.
  • Welder: Interpret blueprints, perform precise welding on various metals, and ensure structural soundness and safety.
  • Electrician: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and machinery. Keep both the equipment and your teammates safe and powered up.
  • Accountant: Oversee day-to-day financial records, manage budgets and reports, and dig in with cross-functional teams to streamline systems.
  • AI & Digital Technologies Specialist: Deploy AI tools to optimize production/workflow, analyze data, and collaborate across teams—often as a digital translator.
  • Production Workers & Assistants: Operate and monitor machinery, support skilled trades, and actively contribute to a smooth factory workflow.

Each day brings a mix of collaboration, problem-solving, and—if you’re up for it—a good bit of learning on the fly.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

Must-Haves

  • Practical, hands-on experience in your field (please tell us about it!)
  • Seriousness, reliability, and a team-first attitude
  • Willingness to take responsibility and show initiative
  • Residency in the country or ability to join us immediately

For AI & Digital Technologies Specialist:

  • Proficiency in English
  • Solid experience with AI tools and related technologies

Bonus Points

  • Previous factory environment experience
  • Interest in cross-training or learning new skills
  • Openness to new tools and processes—especially if you’re a tech enthusiast

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)

  • Competitive pay tied to your skills and experience
  • Supportive team culture—people genuinely have each other’s backs
  • Regular training sessions and upskilling opportunities
  • Flexible shift patterns (role-dependent)
  • Open lines of communication with leadership—ideas and feedback are always welcome
  • Employee recognition programs (plus, you can actually see the difference you make!)
  • On-site amenities and regular team events

At the end of the day, we believe good work feels even better when you’re surrounded by people who respect your craft, celebrate your progress, and appreciate your unique perspective. If you’re looking for more than “just a job,” you might have just found your next home base.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

  • Describe a time you identified an opportunity to improve a process or system on the job. What steps did you take, and what was the result?

  • How do you respond when a teammate is struggling or when a deadline requires everyone to pitch in beyond their usual role?
  • Have you ever had to learn a new skill or adopt a new tool quickly? How did you approach the learning process, and what was the outcome?
  • Tell us about a situation where a miscommunication could have led to an error on the floor (or in your department). How did you or your team handle it?
  • What role does collaboration play in your day-to-day work, and how do you keep communication open between different teams or departments?
  • We pride ourselves on being a tight-knit group that celebrates together, but also gives feedback openly. How do you like to receive and give feedback within a team?
  • What motivated you to apply here, and how do you see yourself contributing to both our craft and our community?
  • Can you share a moment at work when you felt particularly valued or recognized? What made that experience meaningful for you
